Vulnerability

Oh, Light Workers, this is one of our most ESSENTIAL light lessons and hardest to trust, right?

BUT! That’s what vulnerability is… the ability to put your whole heart into something, with no guarantee of an outcome. As actors, we are told to “be vulnerable” in some of the most uncomfortable situations… in front of crowds of people or even just creating intimate moments in the rehearsal room. And NO guarantee of the outcome! It’s the biggest trust exercise we know!

Here’s the amazing thing about VULNERABILITY. When you start being brave with your vulnerability you will give others permission to do the same. If our walls are up all the time, other people will feel that and do the same. But if we are vulnerable, being brave in our vulnerability, others will feel safe to do that as well. Leading by our love we show others its safe to love here.

This is truly a practice of trusting your “enoughness” so that you can step into your super power of Vulnerability!!! I look forward to your journey with this! I know I’m on it too!
