Gratitude Practice

The only thing to do each day is a full on GRATITUDE PRACTICE!!!

With so much to be grateful for, where can we start? Start with the simplest task of all… breathing… can you be grateful for a moment for the fact that you are breathing?! That you are alive on this planet able to DO a gratitude practice?

It’s so important that we take time to reflect on what has been… and to attempt to see things with the gratitude filter. Where have things been lessons? Where have things been joys? Where have there been sorrows that taught you growth? Where have there been opportunities to give? Where have there been people in your life that have stepped up when no one else would? We owe it to ourselves to spend time in gratitude.

When you find yourself overwhelmed by all that life throws at us… instead of being upset at it, what if you just stopped for a minute and gave yourself 3 things you are grateful for? It is the easiest way to rewire the brain into a positive outlook!!

I’ll start… I’m grateful for each and every one of you. GRATEFUL GRATEFUL GRATEFUL to be on this journey and seeing you comment below and build each other up!!!! You are so enough!!!
