Strength

What does strength actually mean? “Power of resisting attack”, “the quality or state of being strong”, “capacity for exertion or endurance”, “ability to do things that need a lot of physical or mental effort”

When I think of this word being used to start a new year, it just seems so fitting. We often start the year with new healthy goals… and in order to keep those goals active, we need STRENGTH! If you are trying to quit an unhealthy habit, STRENGTH is required!

So meditate on this word, and find where you can have more strength. And not just physical strength… emotional strength… it takes strength to be with people who have different views than you, something we are aware of each day. But have the strength to LISTEN and be KIND. That is true strength.
