Fully Present

Let’s be FULLY PRESENT!

Another way to think about being “fully present” is to ACTIVELY NOTICE. So… we have so many opportunities to actively notice amazing things in our lives.  We get to find ways to be fully present with moments, each other, life, nature, animals, our spirit guides, our mistakes, our lessons, our growth, our interest in learning more about this life... I mean these are all things that are WORTH being present for don’t you think?!  

It can often feel like with the state of the world these days, that we don’t have reason for celebration.  I think when we are fully present we are able to look at things differently and realize we can be in the joy of the experience. We are called to be light workers now, more than ever, I feel.  And the boldness to dare to be in the joy of these moments is a necessity. So, who is up for the challenge?

Only by being fully present with ourselves and others do we actually get to experience all that the moments are trying to teach us. This is earth school!! We just gotta dive in!

You Are Enough

You are enough, you are so enough it’s unbelievable how enough you are! Listen, I think it’s the perfect time to remind ourselves how enough we are!

How often do we forget that who we are, how we came on to this planet, is enough? How many ways do we see in our own life, our own friends, family, planet… people forgetting how enough we are! When you see the hopelessness in others, how does that make you feel? What do you do for the others to correct that? How can you be that kind and loving for yourself as well?

Why is it important that you know how enough you are? Because I believe that if we start coming from a place of THAT level of knowing, we create a better existence for each other!!! Living in our “enoughness” is the antidote to shame, and anxiety, and loneliness, and depression, and feeling unloved etc etc etc.

I am SO sure that you are so enough. And I tell you, this is the month to practice this DAILY! Remind one another that you are enough… remind yourself you are enough. Comment below and send each other enoughness vibes!!!!!

Support

I LOVE THIS WORD!  Think of all the ways this word is used: Support system, supportive, moral support, support network, I.T. Support, LIFE support…

SUPPORT!  

You guys, I am obsessed with his word.  First off, here are some actual definitions of “support”:

  1. bear all or part of the weight of; hold up.

    • give approval, comfort, or encouragement to. 

    • a thing that bears the weight of something or keeps it upright.

Supportive, support system, moral support...

OK, so how amazing is this? When you are supporting someone, you are “holding up” you are “keeping them upright”.  To me, support is a function of empathy.  What a gift we can give one another just by sitting with one another with the intention of support.  

In this world we are living in right now, there seem to be so many people telling us the opposite.  They are telling us to be afraid of each other, to fear one another, to find our differences and be afraid of that, to stay separate.  Not us.  No way.  We are here to support one another.  To connect to each other.  To love one another.

I LOVE THIS WORD!  Think of all the ways this word is used: Support system, supportive, moral support, support network, I.T. Support, LIFE support… 

Our lives can be layered with so much tradition, celebration, family togetherness, giving, receiving, love, etc… sometimes people can find themselves on the opposite of the spectrum and therefore SUPPORT comes into play in a major way.  Let’s challenge ourselves to stay aware, and actively notice where we can lend our support to others.  

Let’s also make sure we are supporting ourselves!  Perhaps that is meditation, yoga, walking, running, reading… anything that is going to support YOUR best self and therefore can support people around you!

Marination Station: Instead of asking ourselves, “what can I get?”  we can ask “where can I be of service?” What are ways you can find to support someone? Have you been putting off making a donation to support your favorite charity? How about supporting animals too!  Where you can you make a positive healthy change in your life that supports YOU?
