Perfectly Imperfect
Hi again my fellow Light Workers!! Let’s discuss PERFECTLY IMPERFECT!!!!!!
Guess what? When we are striving for “perfection” it depletes us because NEWS FLASH you are already perfect because you are HERE on this planet! We are divine beings that are perfectly made and there for we are perfectly imperfect in every way! Imperfections are beautiful things!! We must use this time on earth to remember that we are enough in our perfectly imperfect ways!!
So, what are you willing to see differently? What “perfections” can you let go of? What “imperfections”? Where can you enjoy yourself more and more? Where can you look at someone else and celebrate THEM for their perfectly imperfectness? Where can you forgive yourself? Where can you forgive another?
Comment below and celebrate each other’s perfectly imperfectness!!! I look forward to seeing what you have to say!! You are so enough!!!
Surrender
So. Surrender. To “cease resistance”. How powerful is that? So the questions we can ask ourselves are, where have I been resisting letting go? Where have I said no when I should have said yes? Where have I said yes when I should have said no? What holds me back from surrendering? Is it a good idea to surrender in this situation?
There are so many journeys to take with this word… but to me, one of the pieces of “surrender” is “trust”. We gotta cultivate TRUST in order to surrender completely. To surrender to what is. And by “surrendering to what is” that doesn’t mean we are giving up, shrugging our shoulders and saying, “well that’s just how it is”…. no! In fact, by surrendering to what is, we are setting forth a vibration of no resistance which allows the universe in!! It allows us to calm ourselves and better HEAR what we need to do!! It’s such a powerful tool!
Well, it’s a big one, but I’m excited to see what “surrender” has in store for us as we continue to reflect on it. As always, you are not alone on this journey, and you have your light workers and enoughness community to discuss with below!!! Surrender to the fact that you are enough! You are so enough!!!!
Be Brave
Ladies and gentlemen… be soooo brave!
The dictionary definition of bravery: The quality or state of having or showing mental or moral strength to face danger, fear or difficulty.
OHHHH wow how about that? We often think of bravery in the face of epic battles of danger, fear or difficulty. BUT we get to be brave EVERY DAY and in EVERY way! Sometimes even just getting out of bed in the morning when you have been through something difficult is being brave. Showing up at a party when you have fear of crowds, is brave. Going to school is brave. Taking a class is brave. Having empathy with each other is brave. Being present with someone going through a hard time is brave. And one of my favorite and most challenging acts of bravery: be brave to change your thought pattern that has made you feel anxious or down or not enough.
My dear friend and fellow actor, Joseph Millson, told me before I went onstage one time to “be so brave”. And that meant brave with my choices, brave with LISTENING, brave with showing up for my character… how awesome is that thought (for all you fellow actors out there)?
So, pay attention to the little acts of bravery you do every day. It’s often a mental choice we get to make. Brene brown says “you can be brave and terrified at the same time.” And that is SO true and yet we still show up for ourselves and for each other! So see where you can be brave and where you can encourage others to do the same!!!
Comment below and let us know your acts of bravery! As always, keep encouraging one another to remember that YOU ARE ENOUGH YOU ARE SO ENOUGH IT’S UNBELIEVABLE HOW ENOUGH YOU ARE!
