Listen

The word that has been consistently coming up for me and for so many of you recently has been LISTEN. What if we take more time to listen to each other… it’s a skill that we can really hone if we are willing!

There are so many different view points and ways to look at the world. Not any two of us are exactly alike in our thoughts, so what if we challenge ourselves to LISTEN to viewpoints that are different then us? Just think of how much we could learn just by listening.

I think that LISTENING is a key element to empathy. And since we are all looking to be more empathetic in this world, let’s try to use the listening skill even more! Listen to each other, listen to yourself, listen to NATURE, listen to animals, listen to the silence…

I KNOW we can do it! :) Let’s do this together… listen to each other, listen to your own thoughts, listen to what your ego is telling you and see if you can HEAR your higher self seep through instead!!! If we are still and listen, I believe we will grow so much as a human race!

Vulnerability

Oh, Light Workers, this is one of our most ESSENTIAL light lessons and hardest to trust, right?

BUT! That’s what vulnerability is… the ability to put your whole heart into something, with no guarantee of an outcome. As actors, we are told to “be vulnerable” in some of the most uncomfortable situations… in front of crowds of people or even just creating intimate moments in the rehearsal room. And NO guarantee of the outcome! It’s the biggest trust exercise we know!

Here’s the amazing thing about VULNERABILITY. When you start being brave with your vulnerability you will give others permission to do the same. If our walls are up all the time, other people will feel that and do the same. But if we are vulnerable, being brave in our vulnerability, others will feel safe to do that as well. Leading by our love we show others its safe to love here.

This is truly a practice of trusting your “enoughness” so that you can step into your super power of Vulnerability!!! I look forward to your journey with this! I know I’m on it too!

Responsibility

Hello, Light Workers! It’s time to take some responsibility!

Have you ever found yourself placing blame on everyone or everything around you? Have you ever found yourself in a judgement spiral? How about pointing out flaws of others? Well it’s time to focus on RESPONSIBILITY.

When you find yourself in any of those negative spirals, ask yourself “where can I take responsibility?”

Responsibility for your actions, feelings, words, stories… it’s up to us how long we want to keep feeling defeated or incapable or stuck. We can always take responsibility for our thoughts around the situations!

I love the idea that when there is no love, PUT LOVE. When there is no integrity, PUT INTEGRITY. When there is no grace, BE GRACE. That is what embodies “responsibility” to me! I am really excited to see where you will take this word and find freedom in your responsibility!!! It’s your life, take responsibility for your own enoughness!!!!
